FIT TECH_________________________________

FIT Tech is an hour-long full body workout designed to strengthen, trim, tone, and improve balance.  The exercises performed in a Fit Tech class are focused around the use of both free weights and a BOSU ball.

What is a BOSU ball you may ask?  The BOSU ball is a training device known for a completely unique and multidimensional experience integrating core, functional sports and balance training. When using the BOSU ball, your body is forced to recruit numerous core and stabilizing muscles in order to allow balance to be created.

In order to achieve infinite results, your body needs change.  By introducing your workout regimen to the BOSU ball while still incorporating the use of free weights, you will continuously keep your body guessing.  If you think the use of the BOSU ball might be too much at first you can always use the BOSU ball on areas you feel the strongest or better yet you don’t even have to use the BOSU ball until you are ready.   

 

CARDIO KICK_____________________________

Cardio Kick is a class that takes both your aerobic and muscular endurance to a whole new level! This incredible 45-minute class is the perfect combination of cardiovascular training, aerobic kickboxing and muscular toning set to up-beat music. Get ready to burn major calories! Gym shoes are required for all Cardio Kick classes.

 

CORE & MORE_____________________________

Core & More introduces powerful and effective alternatives to traditional weight room training.  This one-hour class uses techniques that address core strength, muscle endurance, range of motion/flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination and more!  Core & More is perfect for all individuals at varying levels of expertise and fitness condition! Core & More uses concepts from yoga and pilates to re-lengthen key muscles in order to create a long, lean physique. 

 

FOCUS SESSIONS__________________________

Focus Sessions are only 30 minutes long!  This class uses free weights while focusing solely on upper or lower body during each session.  Whether you are an individual just starting out an exercise program wanting to work your endurance up to a full hour class or you’re a person on the go who wants to fit in a workout but doesn’t have much time, this class is perfect for you!
